I like having a lawn, but I'm not very picky about how it looks. Anything goes with me as long as it's not prickly, and it's vaguely green. However, grubs are a big problem in Ottawa and, based on the animals that dig up my lawn nightly, they are specifically a problem in my lawn. So today I bought and planted clover seed to increase the bio-diversity of my lawn. Basically, you buy it, mix it (7 parts sand to 1 part seed) and plant it. We'll see how it turns out.

Where did you end up finding it?
ReplyDeleteThe clover seed was at the Make It Green garden centre. I also ordered nemotodes, which I should receive tomorrow.
