I do a variety of classes at the gym. Thursday it's Body Combat.

My regular instructor has been training a new instructor so today I did an exercise class that was being filmed. It was being filmed strictly to evaluate the new instructor, it will not be publicly available. That is good because otherwise you'd be able to see how often I'm going in the wrong direction. It would be embarrassing.
