Work was a little crazy, so I decided to try some desk yoga.
It was quite relaxing, although one of the poses involved sitting on the floor and bending until my head touched my chair. I'm glad no one walked in during that.
I think my favourite was chair twist 2. I skipped Warrior 2 because first of all, my chair has wheels on it, and secondly, I tend to hurt myself during the warrior poses.
Overall, it didn't take long & was definitely relaxing.
