Next time I will bring a water bottle

I've mentioned before that I used to go to the gym, go home & eat, then go to boxing.

I'm taking a break from boxing, but today I did two classes at the gym back to back.

The first class was Body Pump (weight lifting), the second was Body Combat (i.e. martial arts aerobics). It was actually quite nice, the first class meant I was nicely warmed up for the second class. And, in the end, I was very relaxed.


  1. I've never done a Body Combat class because it's not offered during the time that I'm at the gym. I've always wanted to try it, though.

  2. I love Body Combat. I find it a lot of fun. It's definitely not for everyone, though.
