My youngest sister is moving in with me for a while. She's going to be living in the basement - that way we each get our own space. As a result, today I carried a bed down the stairs. Obviously, I made her help me. She's not unpacked yet, but at least her place is set up.
Are you sure you have never carried a bed down the stairs? Even I have done that (I am pretty sure)!! lol
