When I was a kid, my mom always bought prume plums. My aunt, on the other hand bought red plums.

Today (for variety) I tried yellow plums. They were good. However, they were very juicy. (I don't like fruit that I have to pry off a pit to be too juicy, it just ends up being a big mess.)

In completely unrelated news, I have uploaded some videos from my safari. One thinig that amazed me on the safari was the sheer number of birds. Right by the water hole my cabin was on, there was a huge flock of birds. They were very loud, both when they were chattering amongst themselves and when they were flying. These videos were my attempt at capturing that.
