I really wanted something sweet this evening. Due to someone (Wanda) eating all of the cookies, there was nothing in the house*. Luckily, a couple of days ago I saw an article on how to make a cake in a mug on wikihow. Today I made a cake in a mug. I went for the second recipe. It puffed up while cooking, then went back down.
* In the interest of full disclosure, she is the one who makes the cookies

ReplyDeleteThere's a wikihow article about cooking food in a coffee pot; I always meant to get around to doing that but never did.
I saw on Good Eats how to do this, but I've never tried it. This is why cupcakes are called cupcakes - they used to be made in cups!
